Submitting a consultation request does not confirm an appointment and does not establish a patient-provider relationship. Our team must contact you before an appointment is confirmed.

The website forms are not intended for urgent concerns, medical emergencies, medical records, or highly sensitive medical information. If you are experiencing an emergency, call 911 or seek appropriate emergency care.

Clinical photography and three-dimensional imaging

During a consultation, treatment, or follow-up, KayDee may recommend standard clinical photography or Aura Reality three-dimensional imaging when it would provide useful context. These records may help establish a baseline, support discussion, document care, or compare change over time.

Images created for consultation, documentation, treatment, or follow-up are not automatically authorized for use on this website, social media, advertising, educational presentations, or other public-facing material. Agreeing to clinical imaging is not the same as agreeing to promotional use.

Injectables by KayDee does not publish or use identifiable client photographs, Aura captures, or related imagery for marketing without separate, explicit written authorization describing the permitted use.

Clinical imagery may be maintained as part of the applicable client record and handled according to relevant privacy, security, recordkeeping, and retention requirements. Questions about why an image is requested, how it will be used, or what choices are available should be raised before the image is captured.

How information may be shared

We may share information only as reasonably necessary with:

• KayDee and authorized team members responsible for responding to inquiries and coordinating consultations.
• Service providers that support website hosting, email delivery, availability searches, scheduling, security, website analytics, clinical imaging, client-record storage, and related business operations. These providers may process information only on our behalf and for the purposes described in this policy or other applicable practice documents.
