3D facial imaging / Henderson, Nevada

Meet yourdigital twin.

Aura Reality makes the consultation visible.

A photorealistic three-dimensional record gives KayDee and you a shared view of proportion, expression, skin characteristics, and change over time. It does not make the decision. It makes the decision easier to examine together.

A better record / 02

A mirror gives an impression.A digital twin gives you something to revisit.

01 / MirrorImmediate

Useful for recognition, but dependent on memory, attention, and the angle you happen to hold.

02 / PhotographFlat

A valuable record of one viewpoint, with depth and relationships compressed into two dimensions.

03 / Digital twinInspectable

A three-dimensional model that can be rotated, measured, viewed in expression, and compared later.

Six useful views / 03

What becomes visible.

Each tool answers a different question. None of them should be read alone, and none replaces anatomy, history, movement, or clinical judgment.

01

Structure

Measure proportion

Inspect angles, distances, and relationships from more than one viewpoint. Measurements add reference points. They do not create a universal ideal.

02

Expression

See movement

Review the face at rest and in expression. A line, fold, or imbalance can tell a different story once the face begins to move.

Skin

Reveal characteristics

Visualize characteristics such as wrinkles, pores, texture, and areas of redness or pigmentation. The view supports discussion. It is not a medical diagnosis.

Volume

Compare change

When captures are appropriately matched, volume comparison and vectors can help show where change appears and in which direction.

05

Possibility

Explore, not promise

Simulation can make an idea easier to discuss before treatment. It is an illustrative planning view, never a guarantee of a particular result.

Time

Return to the record

A later digital twin can be compared with the baseline, helping the conversation rely less on memory, lighting, or a single flattering angle.

The consultation method / 04

Technology, placed in expert hands.

Aura is most valuable when it improves the conversation rather than becoming the conversation.

  1. 01
    Capture

Create a consistent visual baseline of the face and neck.

  2. 02
    Observe

Review structure, expression, skin, history, and the concern in context.

  3. 03
    Discuss

Use the same image and language so the reasoning is visible to you.

  4. 04
    Decide

Choose what is appropriate, what is unnecessary, and what needs more time.

  5. 05
    Compare

Return to the baseline at a meaningful follow-up point when comparison is useful.

Read the image correctly / 05

Evidence for a conversation. Not an answer by itself.

It can support
  • A shared view of the face and neck
  • Measurements of selected angles and distances
  • Discussion of expression and movement
  • Visualization of selected skin characteristics
  • Comparison with an appropriately timed later capture
  • Exploration of an illustrative simulation
It cannot decide
  • Whether you are medically appropriate for treatment
  • Which product, dose, placement, or technique is right
  • Whether a skin finding represents a diagnosis
  • How your tissue will heal or respond biologically
  • Whether a proposed change belongs on your face
  • What an exact result will look like

The scan gives us more to see. Judgment gives the information meaning.

KayDee's standard

The advantage / 06

A more advanced tool should produce a more considered decision.

KayDee Shiraishi, DNP, APRN, FNP-C, is a doctorally prepared, board-certified family nurse practitioner with more than eight years in aesthetic medicine. She studies anatomy, proportion, expression, and change over time. Aura extends that discipline with a visual record that both practitioner and client can inspect.

The point is not to make technology perform authority. The point is to give an experienced practitioner better ways to explain what she sees, test assumptions, document a starting point, and recognize when restraint is the more sophisticated choice.

Arrive informed / 07

Five questions to ask while you look.

  1. 01

What does this view add that we could not understand from a mirror or standard photograph?

  2. 02

Which part of the image is a measurement, which is an interpretation, and which is a simulation?

  3. 03

What changes when we rotate the face or review it in expression?

  4. 04

What does this tool not tell us about my anatomy, health, or treatment response?

  5. 05

If we compare later, what timing and capture conditions will make that comparison useful?

Concise answers / FAQ

What people ask about Aura Reality.

What is Aura Reality?

Aura Reality is a Swiss-made 3D facial imaging system powered by Hexagon technology. Multiple cameras and lighting units capture the face and neck, and the software creates a photorealistic three-dimensional digital twin for visualization and analysis.

What happens during an Aura capture?

You are positioned in front of the device while it records a single capture. The manufacturer describes the digital twin as being created in under a minute. KayDee can then rotate the model, review selected views, and discuss what those views do and do not show.

Does Aura decide what treatment I need?

No. Aura provides imaging, measurements, visualizations, and comparison tools. It does not diagnose a condition, determine candidacy, choose a product, or replace a medical history, physical assessment, or KayDee's clinical judgment.

Does an Aura simulation show my exact result?

No. A simulation is a visual aid for discussing an idea. It cannot predict biological response, healing, product behavior, technique, or the exact result of treatment. It should be read as a possibility, not a promise.

Can Aura be used for before-and-after comparison?

Yes. Aura can compare photorealistic digital twins and visualize volume differences and vectors. A useful comparison still depends on appropriate timing, capture quality, facial expression, and clinical context.

Is Aura included in every consultation?

Aura is available when its views would add useful information to the consultation or follow-up. KayDee determines which tools are appropriate for the concern, treatment category, and stage of care.

Can I book an Aura consultation in Henderson?

Yes. Aura Reality is available through Injectables by KayDee in Henderson, Nevada. The private consultation fee is $150 and is applied toward a product or service when you move forward.
